▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene thin film by lifting method involves (1) immersing a glass substrate in a piranha solution, washing with ethanol and ultra pure water, pre-treating the cleaned glass substrate in toluene solution of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, washing with toluene, ethanol and ultra pure water, (2) immersing the glass substrate pretreated in step (1) in an aqueous solution of graphene oxide to prepare oxidized graphene film by lifting method, and (3) reducing the glass substrate coated with oxidized graphene film using hydrazine hydrate in a vacuum atmosphere. USE - Preparation method of graphene thin film by lifting method (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene thin film which is smooth, uniform and easily functionalized, by simple and economical process.
