▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The detector has a detector main body provided with a first electrode and a second electrode in which voltage is applied. A radiation absorption layer generates electron hole pair with radiation, which is arranged on the first electrode, where the generated electron hole pair is separated by an electric field. A dielectric layer is arranged on the radiation absorption layer and forms the electric field. A graphene layer is arranged on the dielectric layer and blocks electric charge. The second electrode is connected with an FET structure. USE - Radiation detector for detecting X-ray penetrated in a human body. ADVANTAGE - The detector measures sudden conductivity when electric charge generated in a radiation absorption layer and improves radiation detection efficiency. The detector improves image quality through leakage current minimization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a radiation detection method.
