NOVELTY - The method involves adding graphene oxide water solution or titanium oxide water solution. The water solution is dried to form a layer of a graphene oxide film on a substrate surface or a layer of a titanium oxide thin film. The graphene oxide film is formed into titanium oxide water solution or oxidized graphite alkene aqueous solution. The graphene oxide film and titanium oxide layered composite film uncovering from a sliding surface are fixed on the substrate to obtain independent graphene oxide and titanium oxide layer. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide and titanium oxide layered compound thin film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing the graphene oxide and titanium oxide layered composite film with controllable effect, increasing large area and controllable thickness, and improving high mechanical strength and UV light double surface hydrophilic reverse control adjusting performance.
