▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Treating sheep wool fiber, comprises: preparing the wool by washing it and removing the impurities; exposing the wool to a flow of plasma e.g. dielectric-barrier discharge with planar or Corona discharge, for 5, 10 or 30 seconds to activate the wool fiber surface and to allow it to acquire hydrophilic properties; and applying, by spraying coating nanomaterials e.g. titanium dioxide, silicon oxide or graphene, which adhere to the surface of the fiber and cause a decrease of the wool fiber thermal transfer coefficient of the and an increase of the fire resistance of the thermal insulation containing 80-100% wool fiber. USE - The process is useful for treating sheep wool fiber, which is used in thermal insulations in the field of constructions. ADVANTAGE - None given.
