NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-doped carbon-coated silicon composite graphite material involves using melamine as a nitrogen source, organic acid as a carbon source, and modified graphene as conductive bridge. The melamine, the organic acid, the modified graphene and the nano silicon suspension are uniformly mixed, then the graphite is added, uniformly mixed, and dried. The mixed dry material is ground and sieved, and then the material is transferred to in the rotary kiln, an inert atmosphere is introduced, heated at 100-500 degrees C for 0.1 to 5 hours. The nano-silicon particles are embedded in the functional structural components formed by the reaction of melamine with the organic acid and the modified graphene and carbonized for 0.5-24 hours at 500-1000 degrees C, cooled, dispersed and sieved to obtain dense nitrogen-doped carbon-coated silicon composite graphite material. USE - Method for preparing nitrogen-doped carbon-coated silicon composite graphite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare nitrogen-doped carbon-coated silicon composite graphite material in simple and cost effective manner which improves circulation performance of the materialand has good multiplying power performance, is very suitable for mass production.
