NOVELTY - The method involves obtaining (S101) raw materials. The raw materials are mixed and dispersed to obtain material. The mixed material is ball mixed (S102) to obtain powder material. The powder material is heated (S103) at high temperature to reach a melting state. The glass melt is sent (S104) into a forming machine to form a glass vessel and annealing is performed after the glass vessel is hardened. The finished glass vessel is obtained (S105) by tempering the annealed glass vessel. A layer of uniform antibacterial liquid film is coated (S106) on the surface of the finished glass vessel. USE - Method for production of high-strength heat-insulated glass vessel (claimed) used in glass ware manufacturing technology field. ADVANTAGE - The finished glass vessel has high strength heat insulation performance due to its preparation raw material, at last, coating a layer of uniform antibacterial liquid film on the surface of the glass vessel, and after heat treatment, obtain antibacterial glass vessel having antibacterial property, reduces the daily life using glass vessel bacteria, mildew harm to human and animal health.
