NOVELTY - The flexible multifunctional sensor includes an upper layer sensor and a lower layer sensor. The upper layer sensor includes a pair of metal interdigitated electrodes. The graphene oxide is sprayed on the pair of metal interdigitated electrodes. The graphene oxide is sensitive to humidity. The metal interdigitated electrode is sensitive to proximity. The lower layer sensor includes a pair of metal electrodes. The reduced graphene oxide and a lower flexible substrate are located under the pair of metal electrodes. The reduced graphene oxide is sensitive to temperature. The metal interdigitated electrode and the metal electrode form a parallel polar plate. USE - Flexible multifunctional sensor. ADVANTAGE - The flexible multifunctional sensor can realize the measurement of four signals of temperature, humidity, pressure and proximity.
