▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-polypropylene composite antibacterial masterbatch involves (s1) grafting hydrophobic molecule chain segments on graphene oxide, and (s2) pre-mixing, extruding, granulating and compounding the graphene oxide grafted on the hydrophobic molecular chain segment, antibacterial agent and polypropylene to obtain two-phase fully compatible masterbatch. USE - Preparation of graphene-polypropylene composite antibacterial masterbatch used for preparing films and non-woven fabric (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - Since the graphene oxide is grafted with hydrophobic molecular chain segments on the surface, the hydrophilicity of graphene oxide is reduced, and the compatibility of modified graphene oxide and organic polymer substrate such as polypropylene is enhanced. The interaction between the graphene oxide filler and the polypropylene substrate reduces the interfacial energy of the composite system. After simple extrusion, granulation and melt compounding, a fully compatible two-phase graphene-polypropylene composite antibacterial masterbatch can be obtained. Films and non-woven fabrics having high mechanical strength and antibacterial property are produced using the composite masterbatch without subsequent treatment.
