NOVELTY - Anti-collision new energy vehicle charging pile shell comprises 80-100 pts. wt. polypropylene, 15-35 pts. wt. polybutylene succinate, 4-10 pts. wt. diethyl carbonate, 1-5 pts. wt. ethylene glycol, 1-3 pts. wt. polyaniline, 10-20 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 1-3 pts. wt. reduced graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. cyclopentene, 2-5 pts. wt. wollastonite powder, 2-8 pts. wt. calcite powder, 3-6 pts. wt. sepiolite, and 1-2 pts. wt. stearic acid. USE - Used as the anti-collision new energy vehicle charging pile shell. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the anti-collision new energy vehicle charging pile shell comprising (a) mixing polypropylene, polybutylene succinate, diethyl carbonate, ethylene glycol, and polyaniline, and stirring at 40-50° C for 10-20 minutes to obtain premix a, (b) stirring the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and water at high speed, then adding reduced graphene, continuing stirring, ultrasonically treating for 4-10 minutes, and spray drying to obtain premix b, (c) heating premix a at 110-120° C, adding stearic acid, cyclopentene, and premix b while stirring, then adding wollastonite powder, calcite powder, and sepiolite, and continuing mixing to obtain premix c, and (d) extruding the premix c, and pelletizing.
