NOVELTY - The detector has a metal electrode fixed on a substrate. A graphene thin film is placed on the metal electrode that is separated into two electrodes. A U-type micro-nano optical fiber is arranged with the graphene thin film based on Van der Waals range. A bias voltage supplying unit is connected with the electrodes. The U-type micro-nano optical fiber is arranged with an upper part of an optical fiber holder. A three-dimension control rotary button regulates the optical fiber holder. Response rate of incidence light is 2.81 mA/W when incidence light power is 3dB. USE - Broadband graphene photoconductive detector. ADVANTAGE - The detector has high detecting spectrum range, high detecting efficiency, low insertion loss and simple structure.
