NOVELTY - Preparing reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive involves (i) mixing 10-14 pts. wt. diisocyanate, 50-90 pts. wt. polyester glycol, 15-28 pts. wt. tackifying resin, 3-8 pts. wt. filler, 1-5 pts. wt. pigment, 0.1-0.8 pts. wt. stabilizer, 1-2 pts. wt. maleic anhydride and 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. graphene, adding the aggregate into reaction kettle and heating at 40-80 ℃ for 4-6 hours (h) and stirring; (ii) raising temperature of the polymerization reaction kettle to 120-130 ℃, decompressing and dehydrating to below 200 parts per million (ppm); (iii) filling nitrogen into polymerization reaction kettle, recovering normal pressure and cooling to 80-90 ℃, adding diisocyanate again, carrying out vacuum reaction for 1.5 h, maintaining the temperature at 110-120℃; and (iv) cooling to normal temperature, metering and packaging to obtain the reaction type polyurethane hot melt adhesive. USE - Method for preparing reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive is green, has high efficiency, capable of forming primary bonding between the adhesive, can be operated after the primary bonding, and then forming permanent bonding by reaction type curing process, and provides higher strength and heat resistance, and reduces the production cost.
