NOVELTY - In situ preparation of self-generated graphene/titanium core structure material comprises e.g. mixing the spherical titanium powder and magnesium chips, pouring into long strip corundum ark; placing the corundum ark in self-propagating synthesis furnace, embedding a spiral molybdenum wire of the same length as the corundum ark in the mixed powder, and connecting the electrodes at both ends; sealing the self-propagating synthesis furnace, introducing carbon dioxide gas, charging and discharging, and finally introducing carbon dioxide gas to 0.1-0.3 MPa; using electric welding machine to provide current, maintaining at 60-80 A for 5-10 seconds, igniting magnesium powder to react with the carbon dioxide gas to form graphene product on the surface of the titanium metal ball; collecting the fluffy target product, crushing, washing in dilute hydrochloric acid for 2-5 hours, repeatedly washing with distilled water, pouring off the upper black suspension, drying. USE - The method is useful for in situ preparation of self-generated graphene/titanium core structure material. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple, needs simple equipment, and economical.
