NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene high-temperature electric heating film based on laser induced graphene (LIG) method comprises forming composite layer of polyimide (PI)-copper electrodes, embedding copper electrodes in PI film, forming PI material layer on the surface of PI film-copper electrode composite layer to obtain PI-copper electrode-PI material layer (to be LIG layer) assembly, performing LIG treatment on PI material layer, forming graphene heating layer pattern by laser to obtain PI film-copper electrode composite layer-patterned graphene layer (LIG layer) structure and encapsulating protective film layer on the surface of patterned graphene layer. The formation of composite layer of polyimide (PI)-copper electrodes comprises coating thermoplastic PI prepolymer (polyamic acid) on the surface of copper electrode, drying, semi-curing to obtain polyamic acid film and performing high-temperature compression and imidization with PI membrane. USE - The method is for preparation of graphene high-temperature electric heating film based on laser induced graphene (LIG) method.
