▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The exchanger has a water flow inducing unit (120) provided with a rectangular rim bar (121) that is formed on a periphery. A waste water channel (122A) is formed on an inside of the rim bar. A wastewater through hole or a natural water through hole is located on an upper or lower part of the water flow inducing unit. An upper reinforcing plate (140) and a lower reinforcing plate (150) are padded to enable disassembly and assembly with a bolt and a nut. A module block is assembled on a surface of a heat transfer plate and is fitted in an arbitrary area of irregularities formed at regular intervals over entire area of the transfer plate. A sealing plate is made of carbon nanotubes, copper, graphene, graphite, nickel and ceramic materials. USE - Heat exchanger for wastewater. ADVANTAGE - The heat exchange efficiency between wastewater containing heat and natural water to be heated is maximized. The heat preservation and increase sealing force are maximized by interposing a sealing plate containing a thermally conductive material between the water flow inducing element and the heat transfer plate. The repair, cleaning, and replacement of the heat exchange device are facilitated. The absorption of latent heat in wastewater is improved by allowing the adjacent flowing natural water.
