NOVELTY - The gasket has a conductive gasket thermally provided with a graphene-carbon nanotube fiber and a substrate, where the thickness of the substrate is preferably 0.2 to 2mm. The graphene-carbon nanotube is vertically fixed on a base material, where the graphene-carbon nanotube fiber length is preferably 0.2 to 5mm and the graphene-carbon nanotube fiber diameter is 10-300 to micro meter. The graphene-carbon nano tube fiber surface of the substrate is fixed opposite to a high- temperature release film. USE - Graphene-carbon nanotube fiber based heat conducting gasket. ADVANTAGE - The gasket has better heat conducting effect, better flexibility, light weight and low production cost so as to reduce the working time of electric appliance element, and prolong the service life of working efficiency and electric components. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene-carbon nanotube fiber based heat conducting gasket manufacturing method.
