NOVELTY - Preparing environmentally-friendly regenerative plastic particle comprises (i) pretreating 35-40 pts. wt. straw, (ii) preparing 50-70 pts. wt. modified polypropylene, (iii) adding pre-treated straw, modified polypropylene, 10-20 pts. wt. polyurethane elastomer, 10-20 pts. wt. filler, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. brightening agent, 2- 4 pts. wt. plasticizer and 0.6-1 pts. wt. crosslinking agent into a mixer and mixing to obtain plastic raw materials and (iv) heating the mixture obtained in step (iii) to a molten state and placing into a screw injection molding machine to extrude pellets which is the product. USE - The method is useful in preparing environmentally-friendly regenerative plastic particle. ADVANTAGE - The plastic particle: has improved bending strength, tensile properties and mechanical properties.
