▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing iron salt intercalated graphene aerogel by microwave reduction comprises (i) preparing graphite intercalation compound by mixing and heating anhydrous ferric trichloride and graphite by molten salt method, (ii) oxidizing intercalation of graphene intercalation compound by using an oxidizing agent and a concentrated acid to obtain a material containing an oxygen-containing layer and alternating intercalation of ferric chloride, (iii) ultrasonically treating the oxygen-containing layer and the iron trichloride intercalated graphite in an aqueous solution, and stripping the oxygen-containing group layer to obtain ferric chloride intercalated graphene oxide which is dispersible in water, (iv) freeze-drying the ferric chloride intercalated graphene oxide dispersion to obtain a ferric chloride intercalated graphene oxide aerogel, and (v) treating the ferric trichloride intercalated graphene oxide aerogel by microwave to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing iron salt intercalated graphene aerogel by microwave reduction. ADVANTAGE - The method: reduces damage of graphene sheet structure; avoids use of high temperature or reducing agent to destroy the structure of ferric chloride layer during the reduction process; evenly distributes ferric chloride between layers of graphene sheets; improves conductivity; has good insulation refractory, sound absorbing and shock absorbing performance; is simple preparation process and is suitable for industrial and laboratory operation; and requires less equipment.
