NOVELTY - A lightweight high-thixotropic single-component insulating paint comprises 80-100 pts. wt. organic silicon resin, 3-5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 4-9 pts. wt. thixotropic agent, 15-30 pts. wt. aerogel, 3-5 pts. wt. adhesion promoter, 0.5-1 pts. wt. anti-mildew agent and 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. drier. The organic silicone resin is prepared by mixing different viscosity α,ω-hydroxyl silicone resins with viscosity of 50-100 cps and 5000-20000 cps to certain proportion. USE - Lightweight high-thixotropic single-component insulating paint used for cable insulating sheath damage repair and plugging of wire inlet and outlet holes of power distribution cabinet. ADVANTAGE - The paint has high thixotropy, non-toxic and environmentally-friendly, and does not adverse defects of sagging, and glue dripping in suspended state.
