▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Ganglioside (GD2) movement detection device based on plasma modified electrode comprises ganglioside sensing electrode (1) and differential pulse electrochemical chip. The nano graphene hybrid gold plasma modification is completed on indium tin oxide (ITO) working electrode by utilizing screen printing electrochemical three-electrode sensing device through timing current method, and ganglioside antibody is electrostatically adsorbed by plasma. The differential pulse signal generated by the differential pulse electrochemical chip is used to realize high-sensitivity and specific detection of GD2 positive cells. USE - Ganglioside movement detection device based on plasma modified electrode for use in the field of sensor for displaying a sensing analysis result in a mobile phone micro-program in a mobile way in real time. ADVANTAGE - The device realizes the accurate detection of GD2 positive cells at the present stage and meets the requirements in practical application.
