NOVELTY - Oxidized graphite is added into a reactor and radiated with microwave of 300 MHz-300 GHz for 2-600 seconds at 0.01-10 KPa, and the graphite is pyrolyzed to graphene. USE - Manufacture of graphene. ADVANTAGE - Graphene of high purity is manufactured efficiently, economically and with improved productivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for purifying graphene, which involves adding graphene with oxygen content of more than 10%, radiating microwave and pyrolyzing graphite to obtain pure graphene with oxygen content of less than 10%.
