▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene/polymer nanofiber composite film, comprises using modified hummer to preparing graphene oxide dispersion from graphite, subjecting the graphene oxide dispersion liquid to ultrasonic treatment, adjusting the ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time for multiple times to obtain multiple graphene oxide dispersions with different graphene oxide sheet sizes, respectively, preparing a polymer solution and using it to prepare a polymer nanofiber membrane by electrospinning, adjusting the shape and size of the polymer nanofiber membrane, placing it as a filter paper in the suction filter device; where according to the order of the graphene oxide sheets from small to large, pouring the plurality of graphene oxide dispersions into the suction filtration device in sequence and performing the suction filtration to form graphene oxide/polymer nanofiber composite film and undergoes a reduction reaction with silane under closed conditions. USE - The method is useful for preparing a graphene/polymer nanofiber composite film. ADVANTAGE - The method: realizes the pressure with high sensitivity and has wide range of pressure detection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) graphene/polymer nanofiber composite membrane comprising polymer nanofiber membrane and graphene present inside and on the surface of the polymer nanofiber membrane, where the polymer nanofiber membrane includes a first surface with the highest graphene content and a second surface with the lowest graphene content from the first surface to the second surface and the graphene content is distributed in a gradient; and (2) flexible pressure sensor comprising two graphene/polymer nanofiber membranes arranged oppositely, a conductive silver paste and a metal wire. The second surfaces of the two graphene/polymer nanofiber membranes are opposite and the first surfaces are all disposed outward and the conductive silver paste and the metal wire are led out from the first surface.
