▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing tin dioxide/graphene composite material comprises: (i) mixing large flake graphite, concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate in a mass ratio of 5:10-15:0.1-0.2 at 40-60 degrees C for 50-60 minutes to obtain expanded graphite; (ii) ultrasonically mixing tin chloride, expanded graphite, organic solvent and water to obtain a precursor solution; (iii) subjecting the precursor solution to microwave high-pressure hydrothermal reaction, centrifugation, filtration, water-washing and drying to obtain a solid powder; and (iv) subjecting the solid powder to first heat treatment at 500-600 degrees C for 10-20 minutes and second heat treatment at 300-350 degrees C for 50-80 minutes. USE - The tin dioxide/graphene composite material is useful in lithium ion battery anode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material is simple to prepare and has good electrochemical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for tin dioxide/graphene composite material.
