▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing flexible self-healing conductive adhesive comprises 0.1-20 wt.% fluorenyl functionalized graphene, 50-80 wt.% micron metal powder, 10-25 wt.% thiol-terminated polysulfide rubber, 1-5 wt.% acrylate prepolymer, 3-10 wt.% acrylate monomer, 0.5-1 wt.% redox system initiator and 0.5-2 wt.% phosphate monomer. The preparation of graphene oxide involves adding 1-10 milliliter of 98 wt.% thick to a three-necked flask sulfuric acid in an ice water bath, , then adding 1-100 gram graphite, 1-10 gram sodium nitrate, slowly adding 1-20 gram potassium permanganate under stirring, then controling whole system at 35-100 degrees C for 1 hours, then slowly adding deionized water. The temperature of the control system is reacted at 80 degrees C for 45-90 minutes. The product is diluted with 100-500 milliliter deionized water, and the reaction is terminated by adding hydrogen peroxide. USE - Method for preparing flexible self-healing conductive adhesive for tile assembly. ADVANTAGE - The method enablesw to prepare flexible self-healing conductive adhesive which has good flexibility, viscosity strengthrepair and conductivity restoration function, and it is effectively prolongs service life of imbrications assembly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The product is washed with dilute hydrochloric acid to remove metal ions, and then deionized, washed the water to neutral, the product is dried or freeze-dried to obtain graphene oxide and dispersed the above graphene oxide in deionized water, ultrasonicated for 0.5-1 hours to obtain graphene oxide/water dispersion, and added thiol-containing a silane coupling agent, where the thiol group-containing silane coupling agent is accounts for 1-10 wt.% graphene oxide which is heated and stirred for 5-10 hours, and then added with hydrazine hydrate, and stirred at 50 to 80 degrees C for 10-24 hours. The excess modifier molecules are washed, removed and dried to obtain thiol-functionalized graphene, followed by mixing the thiol-terminated polysulfide rubber, acrylate prepolymer and acrylate monomer at room temperature for 3-30 minutes to obtain an acrylate resin mixture, adding a phosphate monomer to the acrylate resin mixture, mixing at room temperature for 3-30 minutes to obtain a phosphate resin monomer-containing acrylate resin mixture. The thiol-functionalized graphene is added to the phosphoric acid ester monomer-containing acrylate resin mixture, ultrasonically dispersed for 1 to 5 hours, and then mixed at a high speed for 3-30 minutes at room temperature to obtain a mixture. The powder is added to obtained mixture, stirred for 60-120 minutes, and then added to the redox system initiator, and then the product is ground at room temperature for 3-30 minutes on a three-roll mill to become a fine homogeneous mixture.The flexible self-repairing conductive adhesive is prepared by removing air bubbles by vacuum stirring at 20-40 degrees C.
