NOVELTY - Method for preparing metal graphene composite material involves (a) growing graphene on the surface of the metal substrate to prepare metal-graphene, (b) overlapping multiple composite layers of metal and graphene along the thickness direction to make the metal substrates on the two adjacent metal and graphene composite layers back and forth, and (c) preparing metal-graphene composite material by hot-pressing sintering, and applying a pulse current to the metal layer to perform surface heat treatment on the metal substrate. USE - Method for preparing metal-graphene composite material by using an electronic component (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare metal-graphene composite material that has high strength and high density.
