NOVELTY - Adsorbent comprises nitrogen-doped graphene-silicon dioxide hybrid material, where the nitrogen-doped graphene- silicon dioxide hybrid material includes nitrogen doped-silicon dioxide graphene material and nitrogen doped. The ratio of the molar amount of nitrogen to the total molar amount of carbon and silicon in the nitrogen-doped graphene-silicon dioxide hybrid material is 1: (55-10050). USE - The adsorbent useful for recycling noble metal (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The adsorbent: has strong noble metal recovery adsorption capacity and high recovery rate; and can recycle the noble gold metal in the waste water. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing a adsorbent, comprising (1) processing the acid for graphene, filtering and drying to obtain adsorbent precursor one, (2) mixing the resultant precursor one with the first dispersing solvent, crosslinking agent and dehydrating agent and reacting under the inert atmosphere, filtering and drying to obtain the adsorbent precursor two, (3) hydrolyzing the resultant precursor two to obtain absorbent precursor three, (4) mixing the resultant precursor three with the second dispersion solvent and carrier precursor, filtering and drying to obtain adsorbent precursor fourth, and (5) calcining the resultant precursor IV under the mixed atmosphere of inert gas and ammonia gas to obtain the final product.
