NOVELTY - The screen comprises a sealing bottom plate, a honeycomb cylinder arranged on the back cover plate, and a sound-absorbing material is provided in the honeycomb tube. The sound absorbing material is formed with a through hole, and the sound absorption material is adhered to the inner wall of the bottom plate and the bottom surface of the hollow bottom plate. A first unit surface is provided with a long fiber hair layer, a second unit is a sound absorption materials with a fusion transition interface layer obtained by directly bonding the first unit as a substrate to foam to obtain the sound absorbing materials with fusion transition interfaces. A mass block is provided at the bottom area of the noise-reducing screen. The mass block and the hollow base plate are filled with the sound adsorption material and sealed, the mass of the mass block gradually decreases from bottom to top. USE - Road honeycomb noise reduction screen for reducing noise in road region. Uses include but are not limited to automobile engine noise, tire friction noise, vehicle body structure noise and whistling noise. ADVANTAGE - The road honeycomb noise reduction screen can reduce the noise in the road to a reasonable range while realizing the low noise level by absorbing and negative reflection, so as to maintain the noise level in the cabin in the comfortable range of about 20 decibels acceptable by the human ear. The sound absorption efficiency of the sound absorbing material, graphene material, semi-opening foaming with random aperture, through hole, the cotton layer fiber expands the effective sound absorbing frequency band of the material. The polygonal through hole has higher absorption rate to the high frequency noise compared with the circular through hole.
