NOVELTY - The electric heater has a thermal catalyst layer formed on the surface of the metal heating components. The heat dissipation layer includes a volatile organic thermal catalyst. The volatile organic catalyst is used to catalytically decompose volatile organic matter in the environment at the temperature provided by the heating component. The heating component comprises a metal heating piece and a thermal catalyst sheet. The metal heating sheet is provided with a surface heating piece. The thermal catalytic layer includes graphene piece. The volatile organic matter heat catalyst included a noble metal catalyst and a non-noble metal catalyst.
