NOVELTY - A perovskite solar cell sequentially comprises a fluorine-doped tin oxide conductive glass layer, a n-type compact layer, perovskite layer containing methylammonium lead iodide, having hybrid structure and doped with graphene quantum dots, a p-type layer and a metal electrode. USE - Perovskite solar cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The perovskite solar cell has excellent photovoltaic characteristics. The absorption of the perovskite layer to light rays is enhanced due to the fluorescent quantum effect. The graphene quantum dots have excellent electric conduction transmission performance, and diffusion rate and the diffusion speed of carriers generated in the perovskite layer are increased. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for fabrication of perovskite solar cell.
