PVC, 10-30 pts. wt. type 7 PVC, 10-15 pts. wt. calcium powder, 2-5 pts. wt. epoxidized soybean oil (ESO), 35-45 pts. wt. di-2-propyl heptyl phthalate, 1-2 pts. wt. BS-105, 1-2 pts. wt. antifungal agent, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene powder, 1-2 pts. wt. R-666, 3 pts. wt. 879, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. 736A, 0.5-1 pts. wt. flame retardant and 1-2 pts. wt. antibacterial Chinese medicine, where the preparation of the PVC film comprises mixing and stirring the raw materials, filtering, extruding, rolling forming, cooling forming to obtain coiling product; the antifungal agent comprises 10-12 pts. wt. fungicide, 7-8 pts. wt. polypropylene material, 1-2 pts. wt. silica material, 1-3 pts. wt. erucic materials, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. diffusion agent, where the preparation of the antifungal agent comprises (i) freezing the polypropylene material at -10 degrees C for 30-45 minutes, heating to 180-200 degrees C for 5 minutes and allowing to stand; (ii) increasing the temperature of the polypropylene material to 280-290 degrees C, adding the silica material and the diffusing agent and stop heating after cooling to 200-210 degrees C, adding erucic acid material and fungicide, heating for 2-3 minutes, and then quickly cooling to coagulate.
