ADVANTAGE - The flexible heat-conducting insulating material forms an insulating layer on a metal substrate, and the insulating layer has good heat conductivity, insulating property and flexibility, is not easy to fall off or peel, and meet the requirements of a radiating fin, and allows to obtain IPM module, which realize high integration level and miniaturization design. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) Method for preparing flexible heat-conducting insulating material, involves dissolving an adhesion promoter in an organic solvent, adding organic silicone oil, the metal oxide, heat conduction promoter and coupling agent, fully stirring, adding curing agent and catalyst, and fully stirring; and coating the obtained mixture on the surface of a substrate, and baking through continuous tunnel to form flexible heat-conducting insulating material; (2) Heat-dissipating plate is made of flexible, heat-conductive and insulating material; and (3) Smart power module is manufactured using heat radiating plate.
