NOVELTY - The material has a graphene film coated on a metal nanostructure by utilizing carbon segregation process. The metal nanometre structure is a nanometre wire, a nanometre particle, a nanometre tube, a nanometre branch structure and a nanonetwork structure. Width of the metal nanostructure is about 2-5000nm. The graphene film is formed with thirty layer. The metal nanostructure performs high purity treatment to produce carbon powder. USE - Graphene film and metal nano-structure composite conductive material. ADVANTAGE - The material has simple manufacturing process, high mechanical flexibility, conductivity and adjustable light transmittance, and reduces environment pollution and investment cost.
