▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacturing nanocomposite graphene-like greases involves forming a mixture of molybdenum disulfide or tungsten disulfide graphene-like plates with thickness below 100 nm and length below 1 mu m, with a liquid glue material; placing this mixture on tapes (2) of a unit, to completely glue the surface of the plates with tapes (2), breaking the plate structure after passing through the tape and removing the plates from the surface of the tapes. USE - For manufacturing nanocomposite graphene-like greases (Claimed) used for the lubrication of slide bearings for heavy duty engines e.g. rocket engines. ADVANTAGE - The use of graphene-like nanoparticles reinforcements in the matrix material has the following benefits: as the nanoscale fillers, which are finely diffused in polymer or other matrix, have a very high surface area, they contribute to the effect of closing the polymer chains and lead to better friction properties; these nanoscale fillers provide a very sinuous, zigzagging diffusion path, which results in an increased resistance to the permeation of humidity, oxygen, other gasses and liquid chemicals, which worsen the properties of a solid grease. This sinuous structure is also effective for spreading of deformation energy; the molybdenum disulfide or tungsten disulfide based nanoscale fillers have excellent thermal insulation properties, and connected with the matrix materials, eliminate the necessity to use a thermal protection layer, for example when used in rocket engines. In this method, the preparation of glue mixture with an initial material is not technologically complicated, the unit drives has low energy consumption, the nanocomposite material can be passed quite a few times through the belts, collecting nanocomposite material from the belts is easy and above all constructing the unit is possible at a low costs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the unit used to create the nanocomposite graphene-like greases, consisting of a set of tape (2) guiding rollers (1) and a set of pressure rollers (4) driven by a driving element (3), as well as a set of tape stretching rollers (5).
