▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing double-layer flexible composite film with strong microwave absorption performance, comprises (i) taking glycol as solvent, dispersing graphene oxide dispersion in glycol, ultrasonically processing, forming homogeneous solution, i.e., graphene oxide suspension; (ii) adding ferric chloride hexahydrate and nickel chloride hexahydrate into graphene oxide suspension, then adding aqueous ammonia, heating and stirring; (iii) mixing the mixed solution obtained in step (ii) with aqueous polyurethane emulsion, stirring, then ultrasonically dispersing, and degassing under nitrogen atmosphere; (iv) casting the solution obtained in the step (iii) on a flat surface, drying and molding to obtain film; (v) taking poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT: PSS) aqueous solution mixed with dimethyl sulfoxide and aqueous polyurethane emulsion, and stirring the mixed solution; and (vi) dripping the solution obtained in step (v) on the film, and drying the dropped film. ADVANTAGE - The method provides double-layer flexible composite film with excellent wave-absorbing performance.
