▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nuclear radiation-resistant vulcanized rubber, comprises 80-90 pts. wt. Ethylene propylene rubberrubber, 30-50 pts. wt. radiation resistance auxiliary, 40-60 pts. wt. filler, 3-8 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 1.5-3 pts. wt. accelerator, 10-20 pts. wt. plasticizer, and 2-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, where the radiation resistance auxiliary includes lead oxide, bismuth oxide, barium sulfate and/or antimony trioxide. USE - Used as nuclear radiation-resistant vulcanized rubber. ADVANTAGE - The rubber has stable protection and shielding performance for nuclear radiation, has excellent comprehensive physical performance, stable performance and reliable safety. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the nuclear radiation-resistant vulcanized rubber, comprising (1) in the rubber mixer, adding ethylene propylene rubber, and pressing the raw rubber for 1-2 minutes, adding fillers and plasticizers and mixing for 3-5 minutes, adding antioxidants, radiation resistance additives, and reinforcing components, mixing for 2-3 minutes, and mixing at a temperature of 120-150degrees Celsius for 6-10 minutes, discharging the glue and the film is left, and allowing to stand for 12-24 hours, (2) fully mixing the mixed rubber and filtering in a rubber filter, and (3) pressing the filtered mixed rubber together, and controlling by adding sulfur in a rubber mill, adding vulcanizing agent and accelerator, and mixing the rubber for 1-2 minutes, adjusting the roller distance to 2-4 mm, thin the pass for 3-5 times, punching 6-8 triangle bags, pressing for 3-5 minutes, where the glue removal temperature is less than or equal to 120degrees Celsius, cooling and storing.
