▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Method of preparing a microporous layer slurry involves: obtaining an anti-icing agent; wetting a conductive agent, then adding a dispersing agent for dispersing to obtain a first mixed solution; and mixing an anti-icing agent and the binder with the first mixed solution, and then dispersing to obtain microporous layer slurry, where the anti-icing agent is silicon dioxide microspheres. The anti-icing agent is obtained by mixing ethyl orthosilicate, a solvent and aqueous ammonia to obtain a second mixed solution, stirring the second mixed solution at 15-35 degrees Celsius for reaction, and centrifuging to obtain the anti-icing agent. The conductive agent is carbon nanotubes, graphene oxide, or graphitized carbon. The dispersant is absolute ethyl alcohol. The binder is polyvinylidene fluoride, 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane or orthosilicate. USE - Method for preparing a microporous layer slurry for cold start of a fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The method provides the microporous layer slurry with ultra-smooth surface structure, better hydrophobicity, and anti-icing property. The introduction of the material can improve the hydrophobicity of the carbon paper and can replace the common hydrophobic agent polytetrafluoroethylene in the preparation process. Because the surface of the prepared silicon dioxide microsphere is extremely smooth, ice does not have a nucleation anchoring point on the surface of the silicon dioxide microsphere, and water can slide off the surface of the silicon dioxide microsphere, so that the icing difficulty is reduced, and the ice-resistant effect is achieved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a micro-porous layer slurry good for cold starting; (2) use of the microporous layer slurry for cold start. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow chart of a method of a preparation method of microporous layer slurry. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
