USE - Used as glass fiber cloth reinforced thermosetting copper-clad plate. ADVANTAGE - The copper-clad plate: uses the resin adhesive to bond the copper foil on one side or upper and lower sides of the glass fiber cloth, adds the flame retardant on the basis of the original resin adhesive, which is the pyridine solution of phenol and phosphorus oxychloride for reacting, thus obtain the halogen-free flame retardant, adds halogen-free flame retardant to improve the flame retardant property of the product, can ensure the safety of use and reduce the effect of the damage to the environment.
