▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Quaternary complex thermally-curing anti-fog coating comprises 79-85 wt.% water-based polyurethane, 12-15 wt.% isocyanate-modified nano-titanium dioxide, 0.5-1 wt.% graphene oxide, and 2.5-5 wt.% nano metal sol. USE - Used as quaternary complex thermally-curing anti-fog coating. ADVANTAGE - The quaternary complex thermally-curing anti-fog coating: has excellent hydrophilicity and alcohol resistance; improves the wear resistance of the coating; and maintains excellent hydrophilic, alcohol-resistant, wear-resistant and easy-to-clean performance during use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) protective film, comprising a thermally-curing anti-fog coating (1) and a substrate layer (2) laminated in sequence from top to bottom; and (2) preparing the protective film comprising (a) mixing nano-titanium dioxide and water-based isocyanate in a weight ratio of 10:1-1:1, and stirring it evenly on a homogeneous dispersing machine at a rotation speed of 2000-2500 rotations/minute (rpm) for 2 hours to obtain isocyanate modified nano titanium dioxide, (b) adding isocyanate-modified nano-titanium dioxide and water-based polyurethane into the container according to the stated weight percentage, stirring at 2000-2200 rpm for 30-90 minutes, and adding nano-metal sol, stirring at 2000-2500 rpm for 45 minutes to 1 hours, adding graphene oxide, stirring at 1500-2000 rpm for 30-45 minutes, and finally sonicating at 20-30 degrees C for 30-60 minutes to get heat cured anti-fog coating, (c) cleaning and drying the surface of the substrate layer, (d) applying heat-curing anti-fog coating to 40 wire rods on the surface of the substrate layer to form a heat-curing anti-fog coating, (e) first baking at 70-90 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, then baking at 110-120 degrees C for 60-120 minutes.
