▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An efficient heat dissipation coating comprises radiation cooling nanocomposite materials. The radiation cooling nanocomposite material comprises graphene and hexagonal-boron nitride. The radiation cooling nanocomposite material has a radiation cooling function. USE - Heat dissipation coating for forming insulated-gate bipolar transistor power module used in aerospace, rail traffic, smart grid, and energy applications. ADVANTAGE - The cooling coating is a dual-functional coating with high infrared emissivity and thermal conductivity, has uniform dispersion, excellent mechanical properties and excellent heat dissipation and cooling performance, enhances radiant cooling and realizes the integration of three heat transfer methods of radiation, convection, and conduction, and overcomes the problems of easy agglomeration and low radiation cooling efficiency in pure graphene coatings. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of heat dissipation coating, which involves (i) adding the radiation cooling nanocomposite material in a container with binder, solvent, and anti-settling agent for high-speed dispersion for 20 minutes-1 hour to obtain component (A), (ii) mixing the curing agent of component (A) and component (B) at high speed for 5-10 minutes to uniformly disperse to obtain slurry, and (iii) coating the slurry uniformly on the surface of the metal heat sink by spraying or dip coating, placing at 25-35 degrees C for curing for 10-48 hours.
