▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An electrochemical biosensor self-cleaning electrode contains a conductive substrate whose surface is sequentially deposited with reduction-oxidation graphene and photosensitizer-up-conversion nanometer composite particle. The photosensitizer-up- conversion nanometer particle composite particle contains up-conversion nano particles. An outer surface of the up-conversion nano particles is covered with a compact silicon dioxide layer and a mesoporous silicon dioxide layer having mesoporous absorbing photosensitizer molecule. USE - Self-cleaning electrode for an electrochemical biosensor. ADVANTAGE - The electrode has better penetrating power of near infrared radiation. The activated photosensitizer molecules generate high reactive oxygen free radical, to realize the electrode in situ self-cleaning, but the cleaning using thestrongpenetrating power of near infrared radiation electrode, without repeatedly dismounting electrode and without damage to the organism.
