▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing composite material based on aluminum-based graphene, involves (i) mixing and stirring aluminum-based framework graphene composite material with polyol to obtain a reaction solution, (ii) mixing polyester, additive, crosslinking agent and catalyst according to first preset ratio with the reaction solution obtained in step (i) at 64.8-65.2 degrees C to obtain a nano-scale microphase chemically combined isocyanate material with a network structure, and (iii) mixing and stirring the isocyanate material obtained in step (ii) and the reaction solution obtained in step (i) at 62-70 degrees C according to a second preset ratio, and curing. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite material based on aluminum-based graphene for industrial equipment and construction engineering application (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is environmentally-friendly, convenient and suitable for automated large-scale production.
