▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The electromagnetic wave shielding film comprises a magnetic material having an electromagnetic wave absorption effect, and a conductive material laminated on the magnetic material. The magnetic material is a metal-ferrite double nano-material composed of a ferrite material. The metal of metal nanopowder includes gold, silver, copper, zinc, palladium and platinum, where the ferrite is iron oxide and iron oxide. A carbon material is graphite, graphene, reduced graphene oxide, carbon nanotube, carbon black, carbon fiber and fullerene. USE - Used as electromagnetic wave shielding film. ADVANTAGE - The electromagnetic wave shielding film has excellent shielding efficiency and particle uniformity, and prevents impurity intrusion due to material collision and mechanical/physical reaction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing electromagnetic wave shielding film, comprising (1) manufacturing a magnetic material by dissolving metal and ferrite material in acid, generating a precipitate by adding reducing agent to the lysate, and heat-treating the precipitate to prepare a magnetic material, (2) preparing a conductive material by dissolving metal nanopowder and/or carbon material in an acid, and heating the lysate at 60-100 degrees C, and (3) manufacturing an electromagnetic wave shielding film by laminating the conductive material on the magnetic material, where the reducing agent is hydrazine, ascorbic acid, hydroquinone, formaldehyde, ethylene glycol and/or glycerine, and the acid includes hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, nitrous acid, sulfuric acid, hydrogen peroxide and/or hydrazoic acid.
