NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-based wave absorbing material comprises mixing cobalt salt, ammonium fluoride and carbamide, dissolving in water to obtain metal salt aqueous solution, putting into hydrothermal kettle, magnetically stirring uniformly, mixing graphene in stannous chloride solution, ultrasonically processing, sensitizing, filtering and washing with deionized water until neutral to obtain sensitized graphene, adding in palladium chloride solution, activating, filtering and washing with deionized water until neutral, obtaining pretreated graphene, adding into metal salt aqueous solution, mixing by stirring, putting in hydrothermal kettle, reacting, obtaining purple turbid liquid, centrifuging, washing the obtained precipitates with ethanol solution, obtaining basic carbonate/graphene material, drying the basic carbonate/graphene material by heating and calcining to obtain the product. USE - Preparation of graphene-based wave absorbing material. ADVANTAGE - The method has strong operability, mild condition, clean reaction, no pollution, high reaction efficiency, and good reproducibility, and provides graphene-based wave absorbing material, which has wide absorbing frequency band. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-based wave absorbing material comprises mixing cobalt salt, ammonium fluoride and carbamide at 0.02-1:0.1-0.3:1 mass ratio, dissolving in water to obtain metal salt aqueous solution, putting into hydrothermal kettle, magnetically stirring uniformly, mixing graphene in stannous chloride solution, ultrasonically processing at 25 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, sensitizing, filtering and washing with deionized water until neutral to obtain sensitized graphene, adding in palladium chloride solution, activating at 25 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, filtering and washing with deionized water until neutral, obtaining pretreated graphene, adding into metal salt aqueous solution, mixing by stirring, putting in hydrothermal kettle, reacting, obtaining purple turbid liquid, centrifuging, washing the obtained precipitates with ethanol solution, obtaining basic carbonate/graphene material, where mol ratio of metal salt and graphene is 4-60:1, drying the basic carbonate/graphene material by heating and calcining to obtain the product.
