▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Polyvinyl chloride floor wear-resistant layer comprises 80-100 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, 2-5 pts. wt. additives, 3-4 pts. wt. carbon material additives, 20-30 pts. wt. plasticizers, 15-25 pts. wt. solid fillers, 4-6 pts. wt. inorganic particle additives and 2-5 pts. wt. antioxidants. USE - Polyvinyl chloride floor wear-resistant layer. ADVANTAGE - The polyvinyl chloride floor wear-resistant layer has high-strength, good water resistance, abrasion resistance, light transmittance, and has broad development prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing polyvinyl chloride floor wear-resistant layer, which involves: (A) placing the PVC resin, additives and plasticizers into the reaction kettle in sequence, heating to 180-210 degrees C, and reacting for 1-2 hours; (B) adding the carbon material additives, solid fillers, and inorganic particle additives into the reactor, stirring and keeping for 30-45 minutes; (C) adding antioxidant, increasing the temperature to 280-290 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 4-5 hours; (D) adding nitrogen to the reaction kettle and continue stirring for 2-2.5 hours; (E) using a cold air box to cool the reaction system to 70-75 degrees C and keeping warm for 2-3 hours; (F) cooling to room temperature naturally and waiting until it is completely solid; (G) placing the solid into a granulator for granulation, then placing the granules into an extruder for extrusion molding; and (H) cutting into a wear-resistant layer of a desired size.
