NOVELTY - Preparing graphene lithium-ion battery cathode composite material of rotating magnetic field arrangement comprises (a) adding graphene and polymer materials into the dispersant to obtain a mixed dispersion solution, ultrasonically dispersing the mixed dispersion solution, (b) adding the conductive additive to the mixed dispersion solution, uniformly dispersing the conductive additive using a magnetic stirrer under the conditions of 100-120℃and a rotating speed of 900-1200revolutions/seconds, attaching to the graphene to obtain a composite material dispersion liquid and (c) adding the composite material dispersion into a substrate mold, evaporating 50-70% solvent, drying at a constant temperature under a rotating magnetic field and curing after completely evaporating the solvent to obtain graphene lithium-ion battery cathode composite material in which the graphene is oriented perpendicular to the substrate mold. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene lithium-ion battery cathode composite material of rotating magnetic field arrangement. ADVANTAGE - The method arranges two-dimensional graphene in an orderly manner perpendicular to the substrate; forms a fast transmission channel for lithium ions in the axial direction of the electrode, which increases the distance between graphene when used as a lithium-ion battery; has high specific surface area, high carrier mobility and high thermal conductivity and has better rate performance than ordinary graphene cathode composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a graphene lithium-ion battery cathode composite material of rotating magnetic field arrangement, which is prepared by the above method. The material comprises graphene, polymer materials and conductive additives. The amount of graphene is 50-95% of the mass fraction of the composite material, and is arranged in an orderly manner perpendicular to the substrate mold under the action of a rotating magnetic field; and a lithium ion battery comprising cathode, anode and electrolyte. The anode comprises lithium cobaltate, lithium nickelate, nickel-cobalt-manganese ternary material, nickel-cobalt-aluminate lithium and lithium-rich manganese-based material. The cathode is made of the graphene lithium-ion battery cathode composite material of rotating magnetic field arrangement.
