▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Azo-modified graphene comprises 10-20 pts. wt. graphene particles with a particle size of 0.1-0.2 microns, 6-8 pts. wt. 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide, 15-25 pts. wt. modified grafted polyethyl methacrylate, 1-2 pts. wt. 4-cyanoaniline diazonium salt for diazo coupling reaction to obtain a graphene material grafted with an azo polymer on the surface, then adding 3-5 pts. wt. potassium phosphate and 5 pts. wt. calcium carbonate. The above ingredients are mixed in a sealed environment at 60-80℃. USE - Azo-modified graphene used for preparing antibacterial and deodorizing textile (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The azo-modified graphene has excellent antibacterial and deodorizing properties, anti-virus, and far-infrared properties, and long-lasting antibacterial and deodorizing effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: An antibacterial and deodorant textile, is obtained by using the graphene material to form the graphene layer of the fabric, which is treated by vacuum atomization negative pressure adsorption method, which includes fabric layer and graphene layer coated on the surface of fabric layer. A method for preparing antibacterial and deodorizing textile based on azo modified graphene, which involves: preparing azo modified graphene; preparing finishing agent by compounding the azomodified graphene material with the light-titanium dioxide nanometer structure material; and adding distilled water to the finishing agent to dilute; spraying the finishing agent on the fabric by vacuum atomization negative pressure adsorption method; sending the fabric into the drying chamber, drying the fabric, shaping at high temperature under the environment of 180-200℃ for 2-3 second.
