▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A conductive polyimide composite thin film is prepared by soaking substrate in graphene oxide/polyamic acid composite solution, pulling at speed of 5-100 mm/minute to obtain graphene oxide/polyamic acid composite thin film in which angle of substrate and composite solution is 90 degrees , placing in vacuum oven, heating at 80-120 degrees C at rate of 2-5 degrees C/minute for 30-90 minutes, heating at 180-220 degrees C for 30-90 minutes, heating at 280-380 degrees C for 30-90 minutes, and carrying out cyclodehydration. USE - Preparation of conductive polyimide composite thin film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Conductive polyimide composite thin film has good of stability, uniform thickness, good conductivity, high mechanical strength, and high temperature resistance.
