NOVELTY - The preparation method of carbon nanotube-graphene composite heat dissipating film involves (1) providing a graphene oxide dispersion liquid, (2) providing an acidified carbon nanotube dispersion liquid, (3) uniformly mixing the graphene oxide dispersion liquid with the acidified carbon nanotube dispersion liquid to form a carbon nanotube-graphene oxide mixed dispersion, (4) filtering the carbon nanotube-graphene oxide mixed dispersion to form a carbon nanotube-graphene oxide composite film, and (5) performing high-temperature thermal reduction treatment on the carbon nanotube-graphene oxide composite film. USE - Preparation method of carbon nanotube-graphene composite heat dissipating film for preparing heat-dissipating heat conductive material, heat-dissipating heat conducting device and electronic device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of carbon nanotube-graphene composite heat dissipating film with structural regularity, low oxygen content, excellent in-plane orientation, dense inter-layer accumulation, and high thermal conductivity, by simple and economical processes.
