▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing protective gloves comprises preparing the fine terephthalic acid/graphene oxide/glycol modified slurry, adding the slurry into the reaction kettle, repeatedly charging and discharging nitrogen, discharging air in the kettle, filling nitrogen, carrying out pressurized esterification reaction, performing low vacuum polycondensation, heating, allowing to stand after the reaction, opening the tape head, filling nitrogen to the polymer melt to form stable fine flow, cooling by the water tank, cutting the particle machine and blowing and drying, drying the modified graphene flame-retardant polyester master batch, heating and melting, and spinning into bundles, waving graphene flame-retardant Terylene (synthetic polyester fiber) filament into woven fabric through tatting, soaking fabric in the finishing liquid, soaking and pressing roller, extruding and removing redundant finishing liquid, drying by a dryer to obtain the high flame retardant fabric, cutting the fabric and sewing. USE - The glove is useful for electric welding field. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. The glove can effectively protect the safety of the human body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing protective gloves comprises (i) selecting raw material, (ii) preparing the fine terephthalic acid/graphene oxide/glycol modified slurry, (iii) adding the slurry into the reaction kettle, repeatedly charging and discharging nitrogen, discharging the air in the kettle, filling nitrogen, heating, carrying out pressurized esterification reaction, (iv) continuously raising the temperature in the kettle, performing low vacuum polycondensation, reducing the pressure in the kettle, heating, allowing to stand after the reaction, opening the tape head, filling nitrogen to the polymer melt to form stable fine flow, cooling by the water tank, cutting the particle machine and blowing and drying, storing, (v) drying the modified graphene flame-retardant polyester master batch, heating and melting, after being filtered by the spinning box body, and spinning into bundles, (vi) waving the graphene flame-retardant Terylene (synthetic polyester fiber) filament into woven fabric through tatting, (viii) preparing flame retardant finishing liquid, stirring and heating, soaking the fabric in the finishing liquid, soaking and pressing roller, extruding and removing the redundant finishing liquid, drying by a dryer to obtain the high inflaming retarding fabric, and (viii) cutting the fabric and sewing. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for protective glove for electric welding prepared according to above mentioned method.
