NOVELTY - Preparing low cost and high performance graphene aerogel electrode material comprises (i) preparing graphene oxide dispersion by stripping graphite oxide method, mixing graphene oxide dispersion and amine curing agent to obtain graphene oxide mixture, where amine curing agent is diaminodiphenylmethane, diaminodiphenyl sulfone, diethylenetriamine and/or triethylenetetramine, (ii) sealing graphene oxide mixed liquid in environment at 90-110 degrees C to heat so that the amine curing agent reduces graphene oxide to obtain graphene hydrogel, and (iii) pre-freezing the graphene hydrogel in vacuum freeze dryer, freezing at -20 degrees C for 45-70 hours to obtain graphene aerogel electrode material. USE - The method is useful for preparing low cost and high performance graphene aerogel electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, environmentally friendly, controllable and easy to industrialize; and graphene aerogel is unique and innovative.
