NOVELTY - Preparing reduced graphene oxide/tin dioxide composite transparent conductive film comprises (i) preparing reduced graphene oxide/tin dioxide composite powder by dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water to obtain mixture A, dispersing stannous chloride dehydrate in methanol to obtain mixture B, mixing the mixture B and A to obtain mixture C, reacting, centrifuging and drying, (ii) mixing reduced graphene oxide/ tin dioxide composite powder and ethanol, (iii) coating the colloid on to pre-cleaned substrate to obtain thin film, and (iv) placing the dried thin film in a muffle furnace. USE - The method is useful for preparing reduced graphene oxide/tin dioxide composite transparent conductive film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductive film has good uniformity. The method is simple, economical and does not utilizes expensive device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing reduced graphene oxide/tin dioxide composite transparent conductive film, comprising (i) dispersing graphene oxide into deionized water, stirring to obtain mixture A, where the volume ratio of the graphene oxide and the deionized water is 1:10-100, dispersing stannous chloride dehydrate into methanol, stirring to obtain mixture B, where the mass ratio of the stannous chloride dehydrate to methanol is 1:8-36, dropping a specific amount of mixture B into the mixture A, adding additive, where the mass ratio of additive to methanol is 1:20-300, adjusting the pH of mixed solution to 8-10 by using aqueous ammonia, stirring continuously for 1-3 hour to obtain mixture C, transferring the mixture C into 100 ml reaction kettle, reacting at 150-200 degrees C, centrifuging and drying to obtain reduced graphene oxide/tin dioxide composite powder, (ii) mixing the reduced graphene oxide/tin dioxide composite powder and ethanol in a mass ratio of 1:100-200, adding organic binder, where the mass ratio of the organic binder to the ethanol of 1:10-50 and stirring for 30 minutes to obtain graphene oxide/tin dioxide colloid, (iii) coating the prepared colloid uniformly on to a pre-cleaned substrate to form a thin film, and (iv) placing the dried thin film in a muffle furnace for 1 hour. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the reduced graphene oxide/tin dioxide composite transparent conductive film is prepared by the above method.
